The AI economy runs on physical infrastructure.

Golden Acquisitions acquires and redevelops.

infrastructure-ready real estate—transforming legacy data-center assets into modular environments optimized for AI computing and data storage operations.

Adaptive reuse for sovereign-aligned AI infrastructure.

Ground-up infrastructure is slow. Underutilized infrastructure is opportunity. We focus on assets with the right bones—then redevelop with modular delivery so capacity scales as demand and economics justify expansion.

Asset-First Discipline

Buy what can be built. Focus on assets with the right fundamentals for rapid redevelopment.

Modular Deployment

Phased, capital-efficient delivery that scales capacity only as economics justify.

Partnership Leverage

Strategic partnerships accelerate readiness, execution, and time-to-value.

Pipeline Depth

38 identified sites, non-binding, continuously evaluated for strategic fit.

Committed Compute Spend

Why Now

When the world buys compute, it builds sites.

Reuters reports OpenAI signed a contract to purchase $300B in computing power from Oracle over roughly five years—among the largest infrastructure commitments in history. OpenAI’s Stargate update further describes an Oracle partnership exceeding $300 billion, outlining a multi-gigawatt AI infrastructure buildout.

  • Compute demand at this scale requires physical, sovereign-aligned infrastructure.
